I'm very excited to buy and share this DVD with others. It's a wonderful tool to show others what really happened and why the world is in the mess it's in today, and the wonderful promise we have in our Lord Jesus.

Well today we had a blessed sabbath here in the church of Amsterdam
I also contributed for the marketing of Cosmic Conflict.
We have a concert that were going to give at the 29th of august here in amsterdam and after this we will show this dvd cosmic conflict to 200-250 people.
I know this will start a wild fire the only thing is few people here have creditcards
so im thinking on ways people can order them after theyve seen it I know for sure

Does this headline trouble anyone else but me? If you have to spend two paragraphs explaining how "outsell" doesn't really mean "outsell" shouldn't you think twice about claiming to outsell someone? While the headline did get me to click on the banner it just smacks a bit of bait and switch marketing to me....I do hope the dvd does bring people to Christ, and a better understanding of His character of love. I am so excited!!! I can't wait to see this video, I ordered one and want to order all series. God Bless Amazing Facts for all the missionary work. God is spreading his word, and this is the message that will spread like fire and everyone will know of God. For example the cosmicc conflict might have finished with Jesus in the courts of heaven preparing to do the ultimate sacrifice for mankind. And suddenly he dissapears
And the story continues as he opens his eyes but in the perspective of a baby child
And then it would continue to display some of his works and the cross.
And doug batchelour would elaborate on the Cross and tell what difference Christianity has to offer then other religion. Why did God do this? etc
And then also tell how the truth
was passed through pioneers and movements
till it came to the advent movement telling the story what the remnant will do in the end of time.
And finally finish it with the third dvd with Jesus arriving on the planet, bringing the redeemed to heaven, thousand years,, new earth and elabarote how the saints will work and with acitivities and a last great scene how the galaxies and the universe spins and is in final love and use the last phrase i believe of the the great controversy.
4 dvds would be good but it will take many years to make. 2 dvds more and it will be shorter save money. But whatever amazingfacts does its blessed by God i know this.

I am not worrying about if AF said they have outsold something. The point is, is that this DVD has a great effect to have sold so many. That is what is so good about the headline. Good has been sold for a change. Something good needs to be sold with all the wicked works that are being sold everyday. It is about time Good got some credit and people are buying it. and the jesus figure looks strange, they could atleast brush his hear and let him appear more noble and nice.

What I can't understand is why they missed Revelations chapter 12 verses 7 through 9. Doug says Satan was visiting other worlds and doesn't even mention that He and his angels fell to earth. The Bible says Satan fell to earth. Ellen White mentioned later he annoys the inhabitants of other worlds.

This is a good documentary to share those DVDs of "Cosmic Conflict" to our family, friends and neighbors. This documentary will outsold Harry Potter movies including the latest Disney film, "Race to Witch Mountain".

These films that I'm talking about dealing with the darkness and seduction of witchcraft, psychics, clairvoyances, etc. are the devices from our arch-enemy, Satan.

We're glad that Amazing Facts made "Cosmic Conflict", a follow-up of "The Final Events of Bible Prophecy". It will be a good presentation to share God's Truth behind The Great Controversy between Good and Evil.

I stayed home this past sabbath because I was not feeling so well. The dvd came and gave me so much joy. I do admit that some of the scenes could have been longer or more of the story could have been told. But, let us remember that this is only a documentary or a spring board to introduce the great controversy to those outside of our faith. I wanted to see the snake with wings and then move on the ground. Then the Holy Spirit helped me to realize that they are working within a budget and unlike the film makers in holllywood, they have to do the best they can with what they have. So I am glad to have the dvd and hope that we will all be blessed and be a blessing to those who we share this message of salvation with. Take care everyone.

been extended and some cut out.

I haven't gotten mine in the mail yet, but I strongly disagree with peter and whoever says it's not good. Sure, I think several scenes could have more flair to boost the epic feel. Sure, the background visual effects may not be hollywood-grade. But we have to remember, in hollywood the budget's sky high compared to AF. They are run on freewill offerings from the public.

It's meant to help make the Great Controversy be real in our minds. However, I do think that with the next disc, AF should ask more lay people outside of AF for input on what would make the scenes more realistic-looking.

But to those who would say it's dishonorable to God, do tell us how you'd make it more honorable. Constructive criticism is ok, but just criticizing and saying it's not worth buying is a horrible thing to say when these people are doing their best to draw people to Christ through media. Because face it, I know for an absolute fact, that at most only 3 or 4 of the youth (and we have quite a few youths) will even bother listening to any 2 minute sermonette. But with Cosmic Conflict, there is at least a chance to make the Great Controversy appear more real and appealing (as it is) than Naruto, Ben 10, Heroes, GI Joe, Harry Potter, Dexter, 90210, etc.

TO AMAZING FACTS: I love what you guys are doing, keep it up and the Lord's blessings be richly poured out on you!

Matthew you are so on point. Let us remember that the Lord is going to get the gospel out using ways and means that are familiar to our everyday lives. He did this when using nature in his parables. The use of the computer, tv, and dvds to spread the gospel in no way diiminishes what AF is doing to help give a better understanding of the Great Contoversy. I also know for a fact that the youth would rather watch a video with special effects of any kind than to listen to a sermon on any given day. Praise the Lord for what He is going to do with this dvd and other dvds produced by AF in the future.

Sadly disappointed, colorless spirit I agree with you on the diversity of this dvd, one thing I see most christian denominations agree on is Jesus and 95% of the Heavenly Angels and even Lucifier, Adam and Eve are all caucasian. I didn't notice many Negros in this documentary the ones who had dark skin looked cuban, once again it seems they've cut us out of the scene. Wonder what they going to do with Moses and Abraham they already in literature cast them as caucasian even Solomon and King David, I'm yet to see them cast them in dark skin roles.

I know many will say don't put race into this but I say to them if Jesus died for the human race why then does AmazingFacts not represent all in this movie, This doesn't pass the smell test I'm returning my unopened copies back for refund my heart is broken over this and a stumbling block has been placed in my way. I really found your comment very inappropiate. The people that made the DVD are not being racist or trying to get only caucasian actors and actresses.
I am Colombian and my color skin is not white, and because of this I don't feel discriminated in any way because there are not "negros" in the documentary.
They are just trying to give us a tool that we can use to witness to others and to learn more about the great controversy.

Even though I am not a caucasian male, I am enjoying the DVD and I thank Amazing Facts for what it's doing.

I'm saddened by the fact that so many of Satans imps are succeeding in getting people to return their dvds just because people exspect Pixar and MGM quality theatrics along with their own personal ethnic view of Christ. All you should need is to be able to know what actor is playing Who. If you just can't stand it then I suggest you freely volunteer your own acting ability for AF's next dvd. For me and mine we enjoy every moment of Gods word. We already have plans for a series of parties, for people who are barely makeing ends meet and aren't blessed with cars to get to Church or computers to get on the net with or even tvs to watch 3ABN on but still thurst for the word of God in any shape or form. Anyways I plan to use this tool among others to help gather all who wish to come to Christ so that none will be left behind. As should all who bought this dvd. BTW let's not lose our souls over the colour of the actors. I'm black and have no problems with what I've seen. It's just a depiction. Notwithstanding, I do know it can be a stumbling block to some people. In my country it's best not to give out a handbill with a white Jesus. You automatically create unneeded prejudice and lose reaching a potential group of persons.

If everyone in the documentary would have been black it would not have bothered me in the least. If everyone is white or yellow or red I would not have been bothered either. Now if they were green I might have thought something was wrong with the color on the computer. I don't have a working DVD player for tv yet. lol Color should not matter. I hope they make Moses black to suit you but I really do not care about what color the people are. I am just glad someone is trying to tell the story of the Great Controversy. Though I may have not understood about the part of Satan falling and going to other worlds right off. I suppose he probably did that before he tempted Eve in the garden. I received my Cosmic Conflict Video last Sabbath and couldn’t wait to watch it. I was very pleased with the way it turned out. I took a couple of classes in graphic arts and Maya 8, and I really understand the difficulty in producing such a fantastic documentary. I put the video in again today and said a prayer. I had some friends coming over who are struggling Christians. The woman is trying to coop with an alcoholic husband, so she joined with a non-denominational church that is close to her home in hopes of getting help dealing with the stress of his alcoholism.
I had spoken a little to her about what I have learned over the past years, but she seemed to like this church she is going to and has made many new friends, and still continues to go. I don’t discourage her since she is at least reading God’s word and studying the bible on a weekly basis. I know that God will work on their hearts. However; today while here at my home I played the Cosmic Conflict video and was greatly surprised at what a simple little prayer would do. Her husband was so captivated by this video and I noticed he was struggling to hear it over the fans in my home, his wife talking to me that I asked him if he would like me to turn it up for him, he said yes. This then caught his wife’s’ attention and they both began to watch it. It was very close to the end and when it was over he asked if I had anymore video’s like this one. I told him I had The Final Events done by the same person if he would like to watch that one. He said yes, I then told him that I had bought this same video and given it to his wife, and they should have it at home already, but in case they didn’t I would let them borrow mine. He then asked if he could also take Cosmic Conflict to watch again, and of course I sent it home with him. I was so over joyed at what God did here today I just had to share it with everyone.
May we all say prayers that our Lord will work a miracle in the lives of this couple, and all others who watch these Documentaries!

To Craig: Please keep in mind that Jesus was born into a Jewish family. Jesus had a Jewish look to him when He was on earth. In reality the depiction of Jesus as a caucasian is more likely to be historically accurate. If Jesus did look like a Jew, He would have looked somewhat like Pastor Doug (since he's part-Jewish). Ethnic Jews (as in genetically) often look white or somewhat olive. Esau had red hair.

But please don't take it as being biased and that it would make others feel left out.

Does anybody know when Amazing Facts is going to begin with the second dvd? I hope they have the script and props ready. The reason I ask is because I m worried about how quickly bad things are happening in this world. And Im afraid that if there is a crisis it might hurt many ministries. I had invited my old friend over him, his wife and stepson and I was witnessing to them bout the Sabbath and the stepson who is 16 yrs. old was asorbing in everything I was saying cause he goes to a pentocostal/baptist church he started asking questions bout so much and the Holy Spirit had me so on fire with truth that the youngman was so amazed by the truth, I gave him my own copy of the dvd along with 32gbs of amazingfacts videos, podcast, bible lessons, central study hour etc... I can see this young child was sooooo interested it was such a beautiful sight to see, it filled my heart with joy. His name is Alex please include him in your prayers.

When i heard of this DVD and watched the trailer, i had thought i would be watching a movie... but this is a documentary. It is like one of pastor Doug's sermon, only instead of power point still pics we have video depiction and commentary.

i hope one day we'll be able to do a real movie with dialogue, conversation, plot and the works; using the SOP to fill in the blanks.

My wife and I enjoyed watching it though and were truly blessed.
Can't wait to show it to my congregation in between my series title; the great controversy.

Wow! What a great job! When the movie Fireproof came out, churches all over the country held movie nights and opended their churches to the public. Wouldn't it be cool to have our churches host a "movie" night and show this DVD sometime this fall or during the holiday season?

How could we market it? Maybe just ask all Adventist churches to show it on a certain Saturday night. Maybe it could be announced on HOPE channel and 3ABN. HOPE Channel is on Direct TV now BTW!! Is there a way to show this DVD on that channel?

Everybody knows that the Bible outsells every other book in the world every year and now to have a DVD that outsells Harry Potter in the first weekend that it is awesome.

I got my copy yesterday Wednesday, 26th of August, I have thoroughly enjoyed watching the DVD, I know that it two years to make, and I do hope there's others to come and with the Lord's help before he comes a second time. This can be accomplished.
On the Sabbath I'm going to ask my Pastor and the elders if it is okay to play this DVD, one Sabbath and hope they say yes, and hope that everybody enjoys it as much as I have.

Watch it again and again! I am a minister and was very excited to receive my copies and I wasn't disappointed. I thought the format would be more like a movie and not a documentary, but the Lord has shown me that this is exactly how this should be. It seemed short to me, but the Lord has shown me that it is done this way to address the issue within peoples attention span. Not everyone knows what we have been blessed to know about the story and we must remember that everyone doesn't have EGW books that fill in the blanks. This video leaves you hungering for more and that is what it should do. I can't wait until the next one releases. The third time I watched it, I broke down as the character representing Jesus stands before the Father with outstretched arms pleading for a way to save man! If you haven't watched the video, don't let Satan tempt you to return it or fuss over the skin color on the cover. I'm a black man and the thought of color came to my mind and I prayed that it wouldn't be a distractionand it wasn't. Amazingfacts is doing the job it was given to do. I will continue to support them and pray for them as they work for the the Lord and pray that you will join in on the effort also.

This is a very instructionnal documentary, which gives life and colors to an abstract concept: the origin of evil.
The only problem that I have with most pictures and movies, is that they always show the people as whites. Adam and Eve white, All the Jews whites with green eyes. In this movie Jesus has; BLUE eyes and brown hair!!!! While he was a Jews and these people aren't white nor blond.

I can't believe all of you are raving about how happy you are that it "outsold" Harry Potter when it didn't outsell Harry Potter at all. I suppose that means by your definition that the Blaire Witch Project is the best selling movie of all time, right? Or that if I made a movie on my camcorder throwing rocks in a pond and spent no money leading to the immediate sale of three copies to my friends that would mean that I outsold all the new Hollywood blockbusters put together, huh? Is it possible for you people to ever say anything that is based on fact?

I really don't understand why everybody is so exicited about DVD. This is a caricature of the great controversy theme, presenting the 19th century mentality in 21st century tech, a literalist approach of the EGW series. I do believe that if EGW could be witness today at this show she would be again disappointed! I heard that one million dolars has been spent on this production. If this is true, I think that the people from Africa or Asia, in the day of judgment they will accuse us because they had no food while we imitating silly games, Star Wars like. Too bad!
